Sanaa.. Central Bank re-engages with money transfer network

On Thursday, December 18, 2025, the Sanaa Foreign Exchange Association circulated the resumption of relations with a money transfer network.

In its circular addressed to local financial transfer networks and exchange establishments and companies, the association focused on the implementation of the directives of the Central Bank of Sana’a, which require rethinking the oceanic network of financial transfers.

Thus, since the beginning of December, the Central Bank of Sanaa has stopped dealing with four establishments and three exchange companies, while it has resumed its relations with two exchange companies and five establishments, in addition to a money transfer network.
